This project is set into the extraordinary landscape of Tuscany hills and is equidistant from the great art cities of Florence, Siena, Lucca, and Pistoia. The theme of "Leopoldina Tuscan farmhouse " is interpreted in entirely new way. Magritte gives us a point of reference in reconsidering the frontal apertures as destructured in various dimensions. This operations takes into account with functional and ditributive characteristics studies in the Tourist Accomodations trands in the recent years, identifiying a flexible interior spatial typology in a smart style life. At hte centre of the project, however, is the idea of silence. Paradoxally this is the request as the main factor of repose in natural surrounding, with a deceleration of time, almos if it were possible to relive a forgooten condition

L'intervento inserito nel sitema collinare straordinario della toscana è baricentrico alle grandi città d'arte quali Firenze, Siena, Lucca e Pisa. Il tema della colonica leopoldina toscana è qui concepito in modo assolutamente innovativo. Magritte è un riferimento nel ripensare alle aperture dei fronti che risultano scomposti in diverse dimensioni. L'intervento, tiene conto nelle caratteristiche funzionali e distributive di studi sulle tendenze turistico ricettive degli ultimi anni, individuando una tipologia spaziale interna flessibile secondo uno smart style.
