The majestic, iridescent ocean as the dominant landscape. The grassy plateau, white cliffs, vertical precipices. The sinuous lightness of the surfers in their marine grooves. All elements that sought a stable, firm counterpoint, a kind of center of gravity that hinged infinity. So too the starting stylobate on which the double residential volume rests finds its reason for being in the firm ennobling of this immense overlook.

Function, constuction and “beauty” intersect according to Vitruvian lines of action generating the unitary and clarifying character in the measures of the work. It is accessed via a long avenue that ends on a large body of water finding itself in the forecourt of access to the garages and to the staircase that opens to the villa placed in an areous dimension.

The correct orientation of the building to the south for the living areas delineates the distributional characters of the interiors that having an internal courtyard ( which also functions as a wastewater collection ) that crosses it creates the ascending tower effect for the air pressure of its spaces. It is outlined so, also thanks to the presence of a loggia to the south that can create a greenhouse effect in winter, with the zeroing of thermal bridges and disposal rfifiuti through phytodepuration an energy performance class A++ certified LEED gold class.
